- Takes minutes at each meeting
- Maintains SCoSAA files (electronic and hard copies)
- Monitors event registrations
- Photographs and documents SCoSAA events
- Creates event flyers and publications
- Assists co-chairs as needed
The Treasurer…
- Manages the budget
- Arranges reimbursements
- Assists co-chairs as needed
The Webmaster…
- Updates website and verifies links are active
- Maintains social media accounts
- Monitors the wiki
- Helps to publicize the website
- Assists co-chairs as needed
