  1. Summer Recap
    • Advising Day. Big success with 50-60 people signing up
    • Advising Day Drawing for SAA Membership
      • Follow up with winner again to try and establish contact
    • Mixer at Cornwalls
      • 15 people in attendance
      • A number of new students in attendance
    • SAA
      • Blog posts of attendees will be posted on website
      • Staggered posting: one a week
    • Survey
      • What people would be interested in touring
        • Harvard University Archives, since JFK is currently beingrenovated
      • Workshop ideas for the spring, since program already built for the fall
        • Times for scheduling events
        • Requests for certain times; unable to cater to all, but will tryto stagger events so that members are able to come to someevents rather than none at all

  4. SCoSAA Coffee Hours
    • Purpose of coffee hours
      • Forum for networking, discussion; creating relationships withcolleagues
      • Coffee hours will sometimes have a theme; other times not
        • First coffee hour will be held before 438
          • Internship-related
          • Targeted to newer people
        • Second coffee hour: SAA-related
      • Two will be held a month: one in the afternoon; one in the evening
      • Heavy promotion of events: social networking sites; fliers; email;ads on tvs in Tech Lab and lounge
      • Able to record coffee hours for podcast
      • Volunteers to attend first coffee hour with Camille: Jasmine and Allie
