*PLG Presents: Self Care Session
4:30 pm – 6:00 pm – Collaboratory
This has been a tough semester, both because hello grad school and because of events going on around the world. PLG recognizes that one of the most important radical things you can do is take time to take care of yourself. Stop by this session and let PLG help! We’ll have tons of comfort food (mac and cheese, anyone?) along with stress-relief goodies. And as always, some of our chairs will be around to lend an ear for that vent session you’ve been holding back, or recommend their favorite tips for being kind to yourself.
