Below are some top stories from the library and information science fields from the month of April. Many were originally curated by the ALA’s Center for the Future of Libraries’ blog. In light of the Facebook and Cambridge Analytica scandal, it seems that data and user privacy is the hot topic, although it’s something librarians have been thinking about and concerned with for a long time and the following stories reflect this trend.
