Are you interested in volunteering with a Boston-area archive, library or LIS-related community organization over spring break (March 2nd-9th)?
You could meet people, gain valuable experience, learn/share about Boston-area issues and organizations, contribute your skills to give back to the communities around us, explore, and eat a free lunch every day you participate 🙂
Please sign up with your interests & availability, come to the info sessions listed below to learn more or email me with any questions! Schedule will be flexible and you can join for as many (or few) days as you can.

In light of recent events at ALA Midwinter, which are unfortunately not isolated incidents, I think it’s clearer than ever that our field has a lot of work to do in dismantling systemic racism and other intersecting systems. This could be one way to learn, contribute and dialogue together.
If you can’t make these times but you’re interested in participating, please feel free to email me with any questions, or just sign up and I’ll send out more details soon!
