Evaluations for Advanced Field Experiences

All site supervisors are asked to complete two student evaluations, one at the midpoint and one end, of a given semester.  These evaluations are short web-based surveys completed to assess the performance of your student(s) and to ensure that their work is sufficient to receive academic credit.

Supervisors will be prompted via email to complete these evaluations.  We ask that you complete them in a timely manner as course instructors consider these evaluations when deciding final grades.

Your student’s account is tied to their full Simmons email address ([email protected]). If you cannot find your student, please ask them for their full Simmons email address (especially if their preferred name is different than the name we have on file). If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please email us at [email protected].
