Valentine’s Day Card with flowers and birds

This is a very fancy Valentine’s Day Card with an arrow going through the middle of it and a bow wrapped around the arrow. There are also two birds perched on top of the arrow. Flowers adorn the rim of the card, and the words “With Love / To My Dearest” are written on the bottom.
