Commercially produced valentine with dog, bear, and girl

This is a commercially produced valentine, featuring a little dog, a bear cub and a girl. “Billy is a flirt” has been handwritten as a word bubble from the dog. The card is slightly damaged, with a major crease on the left hand side, and minor tears.
