Project Details
The Hingham Historical Society's museum collection contains several collections of archives related to prominent members of the town. The Gay Family Letters includes contains letters and other correspondence written between members of the family in the 19th century. This project will entail arranging these letters, rehousing them into archival folders, describing them, and possibly entering them into PastPerfect and/or digitizing them.

Requirements
The intern must be able to read cursive handwriting. The intern must also be able to work on site in Hingham on Tuesdays.
