Physical scanning of typewritten, highly fragile pages of Minutes dating from 1932 to 1996 (about 18 lineal inches;) transcribing or supervising and checking automated transcription; indexing or otherwise characterizing the contents. If all of that goes swimmingly, I would also like her to develop 1) a chronological listing of exhibitions (with dates where possible), and 2) a sequential listing of acquisitions mentioned in the Minutes.
