The internship responsibilities include:
Design and conduct studies across library digital products and in-person services, using methods such as surveys, focus groups, user/usability testing , and ideation workshops.
Recruit, moderate, and collect data for remote user research studies
Analyze data to produce strategic insights, and applicable recommendations which guide product and service decisions and design improvements for users.
Present results and recommendations from UX studies to a variety of stakeholders and other audiences.
Partner with colleagues who do UX and accessibility work across the libraries.
