Project Details
Participants will work in two areas. First, participants analyze, update, or create a subject LibGuide to centralize library resources in a specific subject area. Participants will use an existing subject guide template, and while using the template review its usability and make suggestions to improve that template. Participants will also create a brief report on LibGuide usage data in that subject area, to inform their work and future work. Second, participants will use library data in strategically important areas (usually, collections usage and peer benchmark data) to create data analysis and data visualizations in areas relevant to library initiatives for that semester. In Fall 2023 participants will likely start with Computer Science and/or Business topic areas, and assist with data analysis and visualizations using ACRL/IPEDs data.
