Project Details
We have recently applied for a grant to pay for a vendor to digitize our oldest audio materials, such as audio cassettes and Betamax tapes. If we win the grant, that work will begin in September 2023 and the project will involve supporting the grant work, such as managing metadata, labeling and handling the physical objects, or working in our digital asset management system, Preservica. If we do not win the grant, the project will involve similar work to support projects in the archives, such as inventorying and rehousing materials, working in the digital asset management system, or doing research for our marketing department. The intern will also have the opportunity to observe work in other departments of the organization, attend a board meeting, and be part of the front of house team for one or more H+H concerts.
