Rhode Island College Special Collections

James P. Adams Library's Special Collections at Rhode Island College (RIC) consists of rare books, papers, manuscripts, artifacts and collections on a variety of topics relevant to the RIC community, college programs, and Rhode Island history. The archival collections also include records relating to the Cape Verde community in Rhode Island. The Special Collections also has a variety of items digitized and available on DigitalCommons@RIC, which collects, preserves, and provides access to scholarship by students, staff, and faculty at Rhode Island College. This digital repository also contains archives, departmental and research documents and showcases the Adams Library's Special Collections.
