Project Details
The Town has several collections of reports and other documents that are minimally processed, if at all. This project will consist of pulling together all related reports for a given collection, re-housing them, and completing an inventory/metadata. In addition, for some reports there are multiple copies/versions and the student will work with the Municipal Archivist to weed out extra copies and note any in need of preservation. Lastly, if time allows, some of the oldest reports may be scanned and uploaded to Preservica with the student entering the Metadata.
