Cataloging and Housing Somerville Growing Center Collection

In the fall of 2024 the Somerville Growing Center generously donated a collection of their papers to the Somerville Public Library. Simmons student Kay Connolly created an inventory of those papers. The Somerville Public Library would like a Simmons MLIS student to build upon that work by storing these papers in appropriate archival housing and cataloging them. Lisa Brukilacchio of the Growing Center has a collection of photographs documenting the history of the Growing Center as well. This student, in consultation with Somerville Public Library staff, would cull this photograph collection and house and catalog the remaining items.
