During the Spring 2026 semester, the Simmons University Archives seeks one LIS 438 field placement student to process the papers of David Robinson. Robinson is a retired Professor of the Simmons College School of Social Work (SSW) (1990-2013) and former Director of the SSW Center for Applied and Community Research (2013-2018). His professional focus centers on child welfare, mental health and substance abuse disorders, and child/adolescent trauma. The collection constitutes 5 cartons (6 linear feet) of materials.
