KSU archives internship- processing and collection management

The student will participate in processing an entire or part of a collection, with hands-on processing experience of both University Records and Special Collections (regional archives/history), will become familiar with various aspects of the archival profession, including appraisal, preservation, accessioning, processing, collection management and more, and will also apply sociological principles to archival activities, including examining archival collections as records of human interaction and assisting with public-facing outreach and collecting activities.
