Site Description
Mugar Memorial Library is the main humanities and social sciences library at Boston University located on the Charles River Campus. The Howard Gotlieb Archival Research Center (HGARC) is located on the fifth floor of Mugar Library. HGARC is the central repository for many contemporary figures' personal papers (including Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Dr. Howard Thurman and Sue Bailey Thurman, Elie Wiesel), rare books, and the University Archives.
