The library is located near the 101, 96, and 94 bus lines, and a 25 minute walk from the Tufts University green line stop. We have free parking in a lot behind the library.
Site Description
The renovated Charlotte and William Bloom­berg Medford Public Library opened in January 2022. With over 123,000 volumes, the two-story energy efficient building contains a separate space for children and teens, a public computer area, a local history room, small meeting and study rooms, an auditorium, a gallery, and a café and lounge area. The library is celebrating 150 years in this location on High Street this year in 2025.
