Site Description
The DSJ'S Archives & Records Center is located in a light industrial area in San Jose, CA. The site is comprised of an office suite with an entryway, three office areas, two restrooms, and a central common area, which opens up to a warehouse area. The warehouse takes up the majority of the space and is where most of the archival materials are housed. Two of the three office areas also house archival materials. The office suite is climate controlled, but the warehouse is not. It can be cold or hot in the warehouse depending upon the season, so it is advisable to plan accordingly and wear layers if working primarily in the warehouse. The site is approximately 3,100 sq. ft. in size.
