In Winter of 2020, I conducted a series of surveys with Stephen Bajjaly of Wayne State University to investigate whether and how faculty in several disciplines are teaching and assessing for “soft skills.” We surveyed faculty in LIS, Nursing, Social Work, Education, Business, and Engineering departments in schools across the country, ultimately gathering over 1200 responses.
