This will be followed by a presentation by the Media Library & Archives staff regarding working on projects such as the AAPB (American Archive of Public Boradcasting) and their time at WGBH. Come learn about DERAIL. The DERAIL (Diversity, Equity, Race, Accessibility, and Identity in LIS) forum is a student-led event initiated to address the need for critical discussions of the intersections between social justice issues and our roles as students and information professionals. Participants in the information sessions will learn about volunteer opportunities as well as how to become a presenter. Can’t make the first meeting? Join us on November 2nd at 5pm<\/span><\/span> for a second opportunity to learn about DERAIL and how you can be involved.<\/p>\n
