Learn techniques to better manage stress. Sessions are appropriate for all individuals, especially those new to meditation. Specifically, where one of his articles is wrong. Grab a bagel and join an informal discussion on Dr. Wiegand\u2019s article, \u201cTunnel Vision and Blind Spots Reconsidered: Part of Our Lives as a Test Case,\u201d and pick it apart at Dr. Wiegand&#8217;s request. Where do you disagree with him on this revisit of his seminal article?
