You will become an integral part of the Simmons community and make friends along the way. So don\u2019t hesitate!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>We are nominating for May 2019-Spring 2020, but allowing enough time at the end of the spring semester to provide training for the new leadership and manage transitions. Newly elected officers will officially assume their positions in May 2019, at the end of the Spring semester.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>The nomination period will close ONE WEEK FROM TODAY at 11:59pm on Saturday, April 6.<br \/>\n<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>Ballots will open Sunday, April 7, and close at 11:59pm on Saturday, April 13.<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><b><span style=\"font-size: large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/cdahoAhLKN1UYjPNA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">**Click here for the nomination form**<\/a><\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Some additional reminders:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>If you&#8217;re keen on learning more about the student orgs and the positions they offer, look for their bylaws on the<b><a href=\"https:\/\/slis.simmons.edu\/blogs\/lissa\/student-associations-directory\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0Student Associations Directory<\/a><\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>If you have completed a full two semesters as an elected officer, you cannot run for that position again.
