I will be going to Taiwan to be a visiting professor at National Taiwan University the Department and Graduate Institute of Library & Information Science during my sabbatical year. This series of blogs will record my experience traveling to Taipei and teaching at the LIS Department.

I will be teaching two courses at NTU — Usability and User Experience Research (for Undergraduate upper class and Master’s students) and User Behavior Research: Theories and Metrics (for doctoral students). I will also establish a Usability Lab for the department. I will also conduct a mobile library service research project there.

Looking forward to the trip and sharing my journey, stories, and experiences with you all!

Rong
