Registration for\u00a0the Social\u00a0Sciences\u00a0Librarians\u00a0Boot\u00a0Camp<\/a>\u00a0is now open.\u00a0 Regular registration is $60; the student rate is $30.<\/p>\n The seventh annual\u00a0Social\u00a0Sciences\u00a0Librarians\u00a0Boot\u00a0Camp\u00a0will be held Friday, June 9, 2017<\/span> at Tisch Library, Tufts University (Medford, MA).\u00a0 It is a low-cost, day-long program that will feature a faculty panel on community research, an introduction to SocArXiv, as well as a bevy of afternoon workshops on the Boston data portal, data literacy in the classroom, using statistical software, trademarks, critical information literacy, and the Open Science Framework platform.\u00a0 Lots of good food and opportunities to network with colleagues.
